One of the ways we do this with our Health and Fitness sessions is to ensure that you have a Level 2 coach who is First Aid trained with you at all times, so you know you’re in the best hands.

We will provide all the Slacklining equipment but we can’t always provide good weather! So all we ask of you is to turn up with wearing appropriate clothing and be ready for a challenge.

Runs 1:1 and group activity sessions aimed at improving your fitness and flexibility. A lot of people give up on fitness programmes because they become repetitive and boring, but that doesn’t happen with Ru-Slack. Each week, using a mixture of slacklines and your own body mass, you’ll be put through a series of fun challenges and workouts.

During each session we will work on the following areas

  • Cardio

  • Core / Midsection
  • Lower Body
  • Conditioning

Not only will you start to notice improvements in your strength in just a few sessions, you will be training and improving your motor skills in ways that are impossible on the static machines you find in the gym and without the recycled air.
